Positano, Italy is a beautiful jewel of the Amalfi Coast. Filled with pastel colored buildings flowing down to the ocean. It is truly picture perfect from every angle.
7 Must Do’s
1. Spend a day at a Beach Club. Beach clubs are a great experience when visiting Positano, picturesque and tranquil yet lively and fun. We went to Arienzo Beach Club and loved it
!
2. Spend a Day on a Boat. Positano is stunning from within and more stunning from the water, get a view of it from afar! The waters are perfect temperature for a swim and who doesn’t love a day spent on a boat? We were in a small group and had a blast.
3. Rent a Scooter. Positano is very walkable, but if you want to venture beyond Positano a scooter is a perfect option.
4. Wander the Streets. Positano is filled with delicious food, shops, and local treasures. Pop in and out of local shops for delights and souvenirs.
5. Stay at Bed and Breakfast. We stayed at a gem bed and breakfast found on Airbnb, conveniently located and yet serene with running water sounds.
6. Drinks at Le Sirenuse. We skipped Francos Bar due to the long line and expensive drinks and headed to Le Sirenuse outdoor bar instead. 10/10 recommend.
7. Try the Amalfi Coast’s Lemon Specialties. The bright yellow lemons of the Amalfi Coast are a symbol of the region as well as a key ingredient in many local dishes and beverages. I will add that the lemon sorbet is incredible.
